HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES LIVING OUTDOORS
Families who are in precarious situations in the municipal landfill located in Valle de las Palmas. With more than 1,000 children practically living in the open, without running water or sewer services. Men, women and their children breathe, eat and live from the waste. Building their houses with materials such as cardboard, banners, plastic and boards.
In 2015 SIMNSA Foundation made a commitment to annually support these families with shoes, clothes, food, blankets water and medical attention from our Mobile Medical Unit. This with the aim of helping those who need it the most, contributing to a better quality of life. We also put smiles on the faces of the little ones, with toys and celebrating holiday gatherings with them.
True love is nothing more than the inevitable desire to help the other to be who they are.
